We are currently only able to deliver our products to a limited number of countries in the world, we had to make some tough decision on where we could launch our brand. If you can't find your country in the list below, please don't despair. Our goal is to add countries to our list continuously, so please stay tuned!

Depending to which country and address you are ordering to, we offer different shipping options. The cost varies depending on your location, total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will find the options available to you and see the cost for your order in our check-out.
Since all our items are lovingly handmade-to-order, they will take a little longer to arrive. We aim to finish production of all orders within 5-7 business days from when the order confirmation is sent, and subsequently dispatch the finished order within 24 hours on business days. Please note that production and shipping times may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays and new releases) and that the processing of your order may be slightly delayed due to these periods. Changes to the current production time will be published on our website and social media. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
Delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider and may be subject to delays beyond our control. QNTL is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, QNTL is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
