We are currently only able to deliver our products to a limited number of countries in Europe, we had to make some tough decision on where we could launch our brand. If you can't find your country in the list below, please don't despair. Our goal is to add countries to our list continuously, so please stay tuned!

Depending to which country and address you are ordering to, we offer different shipping options. The cost varies depending on your location, total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. Standard traced shipping starts at 45 SEK for Sweden, and untraced shipping at 92 SEK for all other destinations. You will see the options available to you and the actual cost for your order in our check-out. However, we now offer free shipping to all destinations for orders over 2000 SEK!
Since all our items are lovingly handmade-to-order, they will take a little longer to arrive to your doorstep. We aim to finish production of all orders within 5-7 business days from when the order confirmation is sent, and subsequently dispatch the finished order within 24 hours on business days. Please note that production and shipping times may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays and new releases) and that the processing of your order may be slightly delayed due under these special circumstances. Changes to the current production time will be published on our website and social media. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. If your delivery address is in Sweden, we will include a tracking number in the e-mail. Depending on the shipping option selected for all other destinations at check-out, a tracking number may or may not be included with the shipping confirmation e-mail. For orders eligible for free shipping, a tracking number will always be included.
Normal delivery times for our parcels are approx. 2-4 days after dispatch. However, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider and may be subject to delays beyond our control. QNTL is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, QNTL is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
